Candidate Experience
* 20+ years of CNC machining and manufacturing experience, including Lead CNC Machinist responsibilities.
* Experienced in CNC programming, setup, operation, and machine/program editing.
* Strong background operating CNC lathes and vertical mills in precision manufacturing environments.
* Skilled with Fanuc, Mazak, Mori Seiki, and Haas CNC controls and equipment.
* Extensive experience reading and interpreting blueprints, machining specifications, and dimensional requirements.
* Performs detailed in-process and final quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, gauges, comparators, and other precision equipment.
* Experienced with CMM operation and dimensional verification to ensure components meet required tolerances.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot machining processes and make program or machine adjustments to maintain production and quality standards.
* Experienced Lead Man who supports coworkers, coordinates daily machining activities, and helps maintain production requirements.
* Forklift certified with additional experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, loading/unloading, general machine maintenance, and maintaining a safe manufacturing environment.
