* Extensive experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated production equipment.
* Strong background in PLC troubleshooting and controls, including Allen-Bradley MicroLogix controllers and PLC hardware/software upgrades.
* Experienced with industrial robotics, automated production lines, sensors, vision systems, and automated equipment integration.
* Proven ability to diagnose complex equipment failures using digital multimeters, electrical testing equipment, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
* Hands-on experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
* Skilled in root-cause and failure analysis, identifying recurring equipment issues and implementing long-term corrective actions.
* Experienced with hydraulic and mechanical presses, pneumatic systems, specialized testing equipment, and high-speed manufacturing machinery.
* Strong background developing SOPs, maintenance documentation, work orders, and training materials, while mentoring maintenance personnel.
* Bachelor of Science in Computer & Electrical Engineering Technology, with a proven ability to collaborate with engineering, reliability, production, and maintenance teams.
