* Proven success leading production teams of up to 36 associates, coordinating daily workflow, optimizing labor allocation, and maintaing production schedules and quality standards.
* Analyze production processes and data to identify bottlenecks, production risks and opportunities for process improvement.
* Partern with leadership on recruiting, hiring, coaching, and development of production personnel.
* Ensure compliance with company safety policies and requirements throughout production operations.
* Resolve personnel and production issues while maintaining a productive, collaborative work environment.
