* Strong stamping die experience including repair, troubleshooting, new tooling, punches/details, die setup, and first-piece runs.
* Skilled with Bridgeport, lathes, surface/ID/OD grinders, EDM, jig borer, Blanchard, and CNC equipment.
* Experienced reading blueprints/GD&T and making engineering changes.
* Background in mold repair, fixture building, machine building, and robotic tooling.
* CNC programming/setup experience, including 5-axis and Wire EDM.
* Has lead/training experience and extensive hands-on toolroom experience.
