* Serves as the primary Quality Engineering liaison for GE Aerospace, managing customer communications, quality documentation, and issue resolution.
* Experienced with AS9100D quality systems, ISO 9001, internal auditing, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
* Manages First Article Inspection (FAI) and Supplier Process System (SPS) submissions to meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and contractual requirements.
* Conducts monthly AS9100D internal audits, documents findings, and supports corrective action initiatives.
* Experienced with NADCAP pre-audit readiness for Welding, Brazing, Nonconventional Machining, and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI).
* Manages supplier quality and qualification programs, including Approved Supplier Lists, supplier certifications, annual qualification surveys, and audit readiness.
* Provides quality leadership and supervisory direction to laboratory and manufacturing personnel, including workload coordination, training, and production issue resolution.
* Experienced in investigating nonconformances, deviations, and out-of-specification (OOS) events while supporting manufacturing compliance and process improvements.
* Strong technical background in laboratory testing, chemistry, SAP, GMP, SOPs, materials analysis, and aerospace/defense manufacturing operations, with AS9100D and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certifications.
