* Experienced reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering documentation
* Hands-on troubleshooting experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and automated systems
* Experienced with PLCs, HMIs, Fanuc robotics, sensors, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and industrial controls
* Comfortable working with GD&T, precision assembly, tooling, machining equipment, and fabrication
* Proven leadership experience supervising and training technical teams while remaining a hands-on employee
