18+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, production operations, scheduling, inventory management, and team leadership.
* Experienced in supervising, coaching, training, and developing employees while managing performance, productivity, and daily expectations.
* Proven ability to plan and schedule production, coordinate raw materials, assign workloads, and adjust priorities to meet customer deadlines.
* Skilled in managing production floor operations, including assembly, welding, finished goods, shipping, and cross-functional activities.
* Strong background in quality control, RMA processes, production reporting, and maintaining on-time delivery.
* Experienced in inventory management, including inventory adjustments, allocation reports, quarterly inventory reporting, and material coordination.
* Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing and 5S, with experience identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, working with engineering teams to resolve mechanical, software, and production issues.
* Extensive knowledge of OSHA safety practices, including safety committee leadership, employee training, and power equipment safety; OSHA 30/40-hour trained and DOT certified.
* Proven ability to coordinate vendors, customers, shipping, engineering, assembly, welding, and other departments to maintain productivity and meet operational goals.
