* Extensive experience operating and performing daily maintenance on Lucas Horizontal Boring Mills.
* Experienced in CNC machining and programming, including writing, editing, and troubleshooting CNC programs.
* Skilled in precision machining, boring, drilling, milling, and machining complex components to customer specifications.
* Experienced with Technidrill CNC BTA equipment and deep-hole drilling applications.
* Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, machining drawings, and customer specifications.
* Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional accuracy.
* Experienced with tooling setup, tool sharpening, adjustments, and troubleshooting involving gun drills, twist drills, and spade drills.
* Strong knowledge of steel and other metals, advanced shop mathematics, machining processes, and precision tolerances.
* Proven Leadman with experience overseeing machining-floor operations, assigning jobs and operators, ensuring quality, and maintaining ISO, ITAR, and OSHA compliance.
* He also has his own machine shop setup in his garage.
