* Experienced with Allen-Bradley, Omron, and Fuji PLC systems, electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, LOTO, industrial machinery, robotics, presses, conveyors, and automated equipment.
* Safety-focused, dependable, and experienced working independently as well as part of cross-functional maintenance teams.
* Support equipment repairs and production troubleshooting while maintaing a safe and organized work environment.
* Computer experience: Microsoft Office, Excel, CMMS, computer operation, maintenance documentation.
* Tools/Equipment: Electrical multimeters, calipers, point micrometers, hand tools, power tools, forklifts, Genie boom, lifts, scissor lifts, cranes.
* Safety: LOTO, hazardous energy control, light curtains, safety cells, safety doors, confined spaces.
* Equipment: Industrial robots, 150-3000 ton presses, progressive/single/transfer/tanden/turret presses, conveyors automated machinery.
* Fabrication/Machinery: MIG and stick welding, soldering, lathe, drill press, shear, bender, grinding, fabrication.
