Pay: $30+/hr
Key Qualifications:
• 20+ years of aerospace manufacturing quality and inspection experience with Pacific Scientific EMC.
• Extensive hands-on dimensional and visual inspection experience.
• Experienced performing AS9102 First Article Inspections.
• Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings to verify component specifications and requirements.
• Experienced generating and verifying Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMRs).
• Proficient with precision measurement equipment, including Keyence equipment, calipers, and drop micrometers.
• Conducted in-process surveillance audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Experienced reviewing and approving tollgate books and maintaining quality documentation.
• Worked directly with customer representatives and Government source inspectors.
• Proficient with Agile, Citrix Visual, Aegis FactoryLogix, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 Certified, along with AS9102 First Article Inspection Certification.
• Experienced with Precision Measurement tools ( Calipers/Micrometers/Drop Gauges/Keyence)
