* 9+ years of Maintenance Technician experience with Materion Brush Performance Alloys.
* Experienced in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, machine repair, lubrication, and replacement of defective components.
* Strong background maintaining industrial equipment, pumps, hydraulic cylinders, compressors, HVAC, boilers, and wastewater systems.
* Holds Ohio CLSB classifications in Mechanical (A) and Electrical (B).
* Skilled in TIG, MIG, Stick, and Oxy-Acetylene welding, fabrication, and industrial equipment installation.
* Experienced with CNC and non-CNC machinery, AutoCAD, machining, tooling, and spare-part fabrication.
* Proficient with SAP, eMaint V3/V4, PM scheduling, maintenance documentation, and OSHA safety practices.
* Proven leadership in continuous improvement, equipment reliability, safety programs, emergency repairs, and reducing manufacturing downtime.
