* Extensive power plant experience with hands-on expertise maintaining steam and gas turbines, pumps, motors, gearboxes, drives, and other critical industrial equipment.
* Highly skilled in millwright work, machinery installation, equipment alignment, mechanical troubleshooting, and industrial equipment maintenance.
* Advanced machining background with experience operating and setting up manual and CNC mills, lathes, vertical machining centers, Proto-Trak machines, chuckers, and surface grinders.
* Experienced welder and fabricator proficient in Stick, MIG, and TIG welding, including structural and pipe welding applications.
* Strong expertise in optical and laser alignment, pump rebuilding, pipefitting, metal fabrication, hoisting, and rigging operations.
* Experienced mobile hydraulic crane operator with a strong background in safely moving, hoisting, positioning, and installing heavy industrial machinery.
* Broad industry experience spanning power generation, manufacturing, pulp and paper, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, postal/shipping, and newspaper operations.
* Recognized as a dependable, action-oriented problem solver and confident decision-maker with strong leadership, analytical, time-management, safety, and troubleshooting skills.
