* Operated a variety of machining equipment, including horizontal boring mills, CNC lathes, mills, 5-axis machines, and Haas equipment.
* Experience as a primary operator responsible for maintaining production standards and meeting customer requirements.
* Skilled in machine setups, tool changes, adjusting tool offsets and program at the machine to maintain machining accuracy.
* Experienced in adjusting and editing CNC programs to maintain part quality and dimensional tolerances.
* Able to read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts meet machining specifications.
* Operated 8-spindle chucker equipment and made dimensional adjustments when parts moved out of tolerance.
* Maintained a strong focus on quality control by monitoring machining processes and inspecting parts during production.
* Cross-trained across multiple departments and machine types to support production flexibility and operational needs.
* Promoted workplace safety, including leading mid-shift safety meetings and supporting a safe, productive manufacturing environment.
