* 10+ years of welding and fabrication experience(at the same location), specializing in structural steel fabrication and installation.
* Skilled in SMAW (Stick), FCAW, GTAW (TIG), and GMAW (MIG) welding processes.
* Experienced fabricating and installing railings, stairs, beams, columns, and custom structural components.
* Proficient in blueprint and technical drawing interpretation for both shop fabrication and field installation.
* Experienced operating CNC plasma tables, plasma cutters, and oxy-fuel torches.
* Hands-on experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
* Holds 3G SMAW and 3G FCAW 1-inch plate certifications and 3F GTAW Aluminum certification.
* Experienced operating forklifts, boom lifts, and SkyTrak telehandlers for material handling and installation.
* Proven ability to supervise, coordinate, and guide team members, managing workflow, production priorities, quality, and safety.
* Completed 1,200 hours of Welding & Fabrication Technology training with additional education in Metal Trades/Precision Machining; recognized with an American Welding Society Award.
