30+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and equipment installation.
* Extensive experience diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, automation, and control systems in manufacturing environments.
* Strong background performing preventive maintenance (PM) to improve equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
* Experienced working with 480V, 240V, and 208V three-phase electrical systems, as well as high-voltage systems up to 40,000 VDC.
* Skilled in troubleshooting PLCs, programmable controls, automatic controls, VFDs, AC/DC drives, motor controls, and starters.
* Hands-on experience maintaining production machinery, electric furnaces, compressors, chillers, HVAC systems, vacuum systems, and compressed air systems.
* Experienced supporting capital improvement projects, equipment installations, modifications, and electrical upgrades.
* Strong troubleshooting background with the ability to diagnose complex equipment problems and restore machinery to operation efficiently.
* Experienced working closely with engineering, production, and maintenance teams on specialized manufacturing equipment and improvement projects.
* Holds a State of Ohio Fire Marshal License for Fire Alarm & Detection Equipment and extensive technical training in electrical systems, NEC, automation, and industrial maintenance.
