- Hands-on experience with FANUC, HAAS, DMG Mori, Yama Seiki, Nakamura-Tome, and Hermle CNC machines.
- Set up and ran Nakamura-Tome CNC lathes at Amphenol on a team focused on lowering setup times.
- Set up and operated HAAS and Hermle mills as CNC Setup/Operator at Able Engineering.
- Set up HAAS, Yama Seiki, and DMG Mori machines to hold tight aerospace tolerances.
- Skilled in first article inspection, GD&T, SPC, and blueprint reading for CNC quality control.
- Proficient with micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, indicators, and optical comparators for inspection.
- Machined aluminum, titanium, steel, brass, copper, and plastics using blueprints and CAD models.
