Experienced CNC Mill/Turn Set-Up & Operator with extensive precision and heavy-duty machining experience.
* Skilled in full CNC setups and operation of 5-axis Doosan Puma, CNC mills, turning centers, and Swiss CNC equipment.
* Strong knowledge of Fanuc and Haas controls, including program editing and manual G/M-code programming.
* Experienced with CNC Swiss machining, including Citizen L-Series equipment and Swiss programming fundamentals.
* Proficient in NC program editing, tool registration, offsets, geometry adjustments, and multiple coordinate work shifts.
* Knowledgeable in GD&T, blueprint/print interpretation, and inch, metric, and fractional measurements.
* Experienced performing first-piece, last-piece, and in-process inspections, including AQL inspections and verification against customer specifications.
* Background working in ISO 9001, aerospace, medical, precision, and defense manufacturing environments.
* Experienced machining tight tolerances, including work holding approximately ±.005" and tolerances as tight as .0005".
* Equipment experience includes Doosan, Haas, Mori Seiki, Citizen Swiss, Johnford, Vision Wide, Fanuc RoboDrill, and VMCs, along with calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, CMM, optical comparator, and Smart Scope equipment.
