This candidate is an experienced Aerospace Quality & Manufacturing Specialist with 15+ years of experience supporting commercial spacecraft, aerospace, defense, automotive, and advanced manufacturing programs. He brings strong hands-on experience with receiving inspection, incoming inspection, First Article Inspection (FAI), CMM inspection, precision metrology, GD&T, blueprint interpretation, MRB/NCR support, and nonconformance evaluation. His background includes inspecting flight hardware, aerospace components, composites, welds, and precision-machined parts while working within AS9100/ISO 9001 quality systems.
Pay: 33/Hr
Key Qualfications:
* 15+ years of aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and quality inspection experience
* Level II Receiving Inspection, Incoming Inspection, First Article Inspection (FAI), and in-process inspection
* CMM experience with Calypso and PC-DMIS, along with precision metrology using calibrated inspection equipment
* Strong GD&T, blueprint, engineering drawing, and specification interpretation skills
* Experienced with MRB/NCR/NC/DMR evaluations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and nonconforming hardware
* Aerospace inspection experience involving flight hardware, composites, carbon fiber, welds, avionics, and structural assemblies
* AS9100 / ISO 9001 experience with FAA Part 145 and aerospace customer requirements
* VT Level I and PT/DP Level I experience
* Experience supporting Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Ford, and commercial spacecraft programs
