Helpdesk Technician 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Helpdesk Technician to provide IT support in our Lab environment. In this role, you'll ensure smooth operation of lab systems, software, and hardware, while also supporting a diverse range of IT needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support for lab-specific software and hardware.
  • Serve as the primary IT contact for vendors, managing support calls and maintaining detailed logs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to systems, software, and network hardware.
  • Maintain records for network users, equipment inventory, and system documentation.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including workstations and printers.
  • Participate in research, development, and implementation of new technologies.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Win10/11, O365, Azure, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with lab hardware and software (Empower, Thermo-Scientific, LIMS).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ability to communicate technical guidance clearly to both technical and non-technical users
  • Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11-compliant Quality Control helpful
  • High school diploma or GED (technical certification preferred).
  • At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
