Senior Application Developer
Role Summary: As a Senior Developer, your role is to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications. You will lead development projects, mentor junior developers, and work collaboratively to create robust and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Maintain Applications: Write clean, efficient code for complex applications, ensuring high-quality and scalability.
- Lead Projects: Manage development projects from start to finish, working with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver solutions.
- Mentor & Guide: Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of development work and technical reports for internal stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest tech trends, tools, and best practices to improve development processes.
- Support: Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications when needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Software development with expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and JavaScript.
- Strong experience with relational databases like SQL Server or MySQL.
- Experience with full-stack development, especially web applications.
- Familiarity with Vue.js (preferred) and CI/CD practices (Azure DevOps preferred).
- Proven experience leading development projects and mentoring teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or at least 7-10 years of related field (or equivalent professional experience).
