Production Worker l
Location: Casa Grande
Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $18.95/hour
Position Summary:
The Production Associate – is responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packaging both raw and finished products in accordance with company standards. This role may require maintaining accurate documentation following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and working in a clean-room environment. The position operates under moderate supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met
- Label and package products accurately and efficiently
- Maintain production and quality records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Perform duties within a clean-room environment when required
- Support team operations and meet production deadlines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Basic documentation and record-keeping skills
- Comfortable working in controlled or clean-room environments
Work Environment:
- May involve standing for extended periods
- Clean-room conditions may apply (protective gear required)
- Moderate supervision
