We are hiring Plant Associates for a manufacturing facility in Monroe, NC. This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunity for permanent placement.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble building materials (trusses, wall panels)
- Use hand tools, nail guns, and saws
- Measure and cut materials
- Load/unload and support production
Requirements:
- Manufacturing, construction, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Dependable and hard-working
