Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Grinding Department in Shelton. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who is looking to grow and learn additional skills.

This role does not require advanced technical experience, but it does require strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a solid work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform grinding and finishing of parts to meet quality standards
  • Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Follow work instructions and safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support additional production tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable attendance and good work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on additional processes
