Job Description and Requirements
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Band Saw Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating band saw equipment to cut materials to specified dimensions while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate band saw machinery to cut materials according to specifications
- Measure and verify dimensions to ensure accuracy
- Inspect materials for defects and maintain quality standards
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general production duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous band saw or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read measurements and use basic tools
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$15.00 – $16.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift:
Monday – Friday
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
