Looking for a steady 1st shift opportunity with a great schedule? We're hiring Assemblers/Operators to join our team in Wallingford!
In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling small components in a production environment while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble small components with precision
- Follow detailed work instructions and production guidelines
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Team-oriented with a solid work ethic
