Manufacturing Line Lead - Responsible for the overall operation of the production line assigned to.
- 1st shift, Monday to Friday (some weekends)
- Pay is $16
- Stick to the rules - follow all GMPs and relevant SOPs.
- Take charge of setting up your production line.
- Make sure everything's good to go before kicking off production.
- Always keep the right packaging stuff handy for the line.
- Sort out who's doing what on the line.
- Help and keep an eye on the team as the shift rolls on.
- Fill in the time and labeling records as needed - keeping it accurate.
- Keep things safe and tidy on the line.
- For the packaging crew, get the paperwork, like BOMs, and process orders.
- This individual must have 2 years packaging line lead or similar position experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Read and understand the product specs for what you're doing.
- Keep an eye on production numbers and track any gains or losses.
- Be good at solving problems when they pop up.
- Keep the quality and safety standards top-notch.
- Show your fellow line folks the ropes, and watch how they're doing.
- Have stellar communication skills and be a solid leader.
- Have the ability to train and lead the packaging production line.
