Job Summary
The Production Associate I role is an entry-level position on the manufacturing floor, providing hands-on experience in production operations. Working under close supervision, you will learn essential manufacturing functions, operate basic machinery, and support day-to-day production tasks while following safety and quality procedures.
Responsibilities

Learn and operate basic production systems (Excel, coding machines, Lynq) under guidance

Read and follow work orders and job tickets accurately

Monitor and operate one machine or process step under supervision

Support pack-out operations, including accurate counting and packaging

Follow all safety procedures and assist with routine cleaning and equipment upkeep
Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required

Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented with consistent attendance

Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and develop technical skills

Basic math and measurement skills with strong attention to detail

Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift
