Key Responsibilities

Learn to safely and efficiently operate industrial smokehouses according to company policies and procedures.

Monitor and adjust controls throughout the cook cycle to ensure proper operation.

Unload product at the completion of each cook cycle.

Perform regular process checks to ensure all regulatory and quality standards are met.

Accurately complete required documentation and process records.

Work effectively as part of a team and assist in other production tasks as needed.

Work in both hot and cold environments as required by production needs.
