Production Technician II
Location: Casa Grande, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time | Non-Exempt (Overtime paid at 1.5x for hours over 40)

As a Production Technician II, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packaging high-quality products in a clean, safe, and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities

Inspect, label, and package raw materials and finished medical device products in accordance with company and regulatory standards

Follow established procedures and maintain accurate documentation consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Work in a clean-room environment, ensuring compliance with safety and contamination-control requirements

Support production goals through consistent attention to quality, accuracy, and detail

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient workflow
Qualifications

Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or packaging preferred—medical device or clean-room experience a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Basic computer literacy for data entry and recordkeeping

Comfortable working under moderate supervision in a team-focused environment
