Nesco Resource has partnered with a well-established nationally recognized company with a long-standing presence in critical infrastructure and public service.to identify a Talent Advisor (Sr. Specialist) roles. Ideal candidates will be experienced in recruiting for Engineering related roles.
- Schedule: Hybrid - On site 3 days a week in Manhattan, 2 remote
- Hours: 8am - 4pm
- Duration: 6 month contract, possibly temporary to hire based on performance
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience. Working with high volume of applicants to fill positions on an ongoing basis in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.
- Bachelors degree
- Work experience related to activities for recruiting, resume screening, and using Applicant Tracking Systems to monitor large applicant pools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in creating excel spreadsheets with numerous data points (columns) to track and report status on a weekly basis
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to drive results through collaboration with stakeholders
- Able to work in an environment with shifting priorities and remain composed with accuracy in completing work project

Compensation: $50.00/hr
