Hydro Testing Tech
Are you detail-oriented and mechanically skilled? A leading manufacturer is hiring for a Hydro Testing Technician to perform hydrostatic pressure testing on bundles and assemblies. This is a key hands-on role ensuring each product meets the highest safety and quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Perform hydrostatic pressure tests following ASME and company standards
- Set up and operate pumps, gauges, valves, and fittings
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and test specs
- Inspect parts for leaks or defects and document test results
- Work closely with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve issues
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain accurate test records
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of industrial or mechanical assembly/testing experience
- Ability to read blueprints and work with hand tools and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Forklift or ASME certification a plus
