Position: Cleanroom Machine Operator

1st Shift: 6:40 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.75 – $19.50 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities
-
Operate and monitor automatic assembly machines
-
Perform quality checks on finished products according to technical specifications
-
Identify and resolve minor equipment or process issues; collaborate with maintenance as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

Report inefficiencies and participate in continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Reliable, with a strong work ethic

Able to complete documentation accurately and legibly

Prior manufacturing or cleanroom experience preferred but not required
Cleanroom Protocols
-
Personal items (phones, keys, wallets, etc.) must be stored in provided lockers outside the cleanroom
-
No dangling jewelry (bracelets, earrings, etc.)
-
No eating, chewing gum, or wearing perfume/cologne inside the cleanroom
-
All skin (except face) must be covered; long-sleeved lab coats, gloves, and hair/beard nets are provided
-
Full-length pants or leggings/nylons are required if wearing capris; shorts are not permitted
-
Shoe covers (“booties”) must be worn at all times
-
Adherence to strict personal hygiene and cleanliness standards is required
