Job Title: Molding Operator
Location: Henrietta, NY
Summary: We are seeking a Molding Operator to join our client's production team. This role is responsible for operating molding machines, inspecting molded parts for quality, and packaging products according to specifications. The Molding Operator will follow detailed documentation and ISO 9001/13485 procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Shift:
- 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay:
- $20.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate molding machines to produce parts meeting strict quality standards
- Perform visual inspections of molded components in accordance with the Quality Plan
- Degate parts using sidecutters or CNC mill
- Package finished products per customer and internal requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation of rejects and production hours
- Fill material hoppers and monitor material supply
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of molding cell
- Serve as backup operator when needed
- Follow company documentation and ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 quality system protocols
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Additional Duties May Include:
- Handling molding process materials
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in molding or optical cosmetic inspection
- Strong visual acuity is required
