Blanker Operator – 3rd Shift
Pay: $15 – $20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 7:30PM – 6:00AM, Sunday through Thursday
Location: Maumee, OH
Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and safety-minded Blanker Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will load and operate press machines, perform die changes, and ensure high-quality production of automotive parts. Responsibilities

Operate and monitor press machines for blanking and stamping operations

Load coils and blanks into presses; perform die setups and changes as needed

Securely fasten die bolts and verify alignment to prevent equipment issues or injury

Operate forklifts and overhead cranes for material handling and die setting

Perform Lockout/Tagout procedures and follow all OSHA safety standards

Inspect and verify part quality according to company and ISO requirements

Use spot welders and other tools to assemble components when required

Maintain accurate production and quality documentation

Keep the pressroom clean, organized, and free from safety hazards

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications

Previous experience as a Press Operator, Die Setter, or Machine Operator preferred

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods

Experience using forklifts and overhead cranes (certification preferred)

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
