Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and customer-centric Product Marketing Professional to lead go-to-market strategies, messaging, and customer insights for a defined product portfolio. This role will act as the voice of the customer, driving product adoption and market growth by translating deep customer and market understanding into actionable product positioning and sales enablement. The ideal candidate is a collaborative storyteller with strong research, communication, and marketing execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing Ownership: Serve as the evangelist for assigned products or portfolio; articulate product value to key personas and markets

Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and lifecycle initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment

Messaging & Positioning: Develop differentiated messaging, positioning statements, and persona profiles based on firmographic, technographic, and psychographic data

Customer & Market Research: Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform market trends, buyer needs, personas, and competitive positioning

Pricing & Packaging: Contribute to pricing and packaging strategy and execution

Sales Enablement: Partner with enablement teams to develop content, training, and tools to support the sales process

Marketing Enablement: Collaborate with marketing to create and execute campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and bookings

Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to inform strategic positioning and sales differentiation
Qualifications:

Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and work independently

Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

Proficient in customer and market research, including synthesizing findings into compelling insights

Ability to collaborate effectively with remote, cross-functional teams

Experience in B2B software markets; experience in the AECO or construction technology industry is a plus
