Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleanroom Machine Operator to join our production team in a controlled cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will have machine operation experience, strong manual dexterity, and excellent attention to detail to help ensure product quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities

Operate cleanroom manufacturing equipment used in the production of filtration components

Load and unload membranes into automated machinery for leak testing

Perform visual and dimensional quality checks on finished products

Use manual dexterity and precision measurement tools for sizing and material handling

Monitor and adjust key process parameters including temperature, speed, alignment, and cosmetic quality (e.g., roughness, pattern, wrinkles)

Rotate between multiple machine workstations as needed

Accurately document work, inspections, and follow written/verbal instructions
Qualifications
-
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

Excellent attention to detail and strong manual dexterity

Ability to read, write, and follow instructions clearly in English

Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality and productivity

Prior cleanroom or quality inspection experience a plus (but not required)
Physical Requirements
-
Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
-
Must be able to handle items up to 25–30 lbs (team assistance provided for heavier loads)
Cleanroom Protocols
-
Personal items (phones, keys, wallets, etc.) must remain outside the cleanroom (lockers provided)

No jewelry, perfume/cologne, gum, or exposed skin allowed
-
Required PPE includes long-sleeved lab coat, gloves, hair/beard net, and shoe covers

Strict hygiene and gowning procedures must be followed at all times
