We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Production Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting various administrative functions within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

Shift: 1st shift 6 am-2:30 pm, Monday-Friday, Overtime when mandatory on Saturdays
Pay rate: $19/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with payroll processing under the guidance of the HR department.
  • Help with safety data sheets, labeling, and taping activities.
  • Perform scrap audits, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) sheets, and product ID verifications.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal teams.
  • Navigate comfortably within a manufacturing shop environment as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing shop environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in administrative support roles preferred.
  • Must know Excel/ Spreadsheets

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 10-20 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and perform tasks requiring repetitive motion.
  • Comfortable working in a shop environment with potential exposure to moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to elements such as dust and odors.
