Job Title: Electrical Superintendent
Location: North Carolina/Virginia
Reports To: Project Manager / Division Manager
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction on industrial projects, with a strong emphasis on wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) construction. A minimum of 7 years of experience building WWTPs is required. The role involves supervising field crews, managing schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site electrical construction activities.

Develop and manage project schedules, labor needs, and material procurement.

Supervise electrical foremen and craft workers.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, local, and project-specific safety requirements.

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports and timesheets.

Monitor installation quality and ensure all work meets project specifications and NEC standards.
Requirements

7 years of experience in electrical construction on wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs).

Experience managing electrical scopes of $3 million or more.

SCADA/PLC systems

Motor controls and instrumentation

NEC code compliance

Valid driver's license.
