Legal Office Assistant
Location: New York, NY
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our fast-paced, collaborative NYC office. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in legal operations, administration, or office management.

As Office Assistant, you'll be the go-to person for front desk support, meeting room coordination, and day-to-day operations. You'll help maintain a polished, professional environment and ensure everything runs smoothly for both internal teams and visiting clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage reception

  • Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, including AV setup and catering

  • Maintain clean and fully stocked office spaces

  • Support office operations, including supply ordering, mail, and deliveries

  • Assist with IT and event setup, office moves, and basic troubleshooting

  • Help legal, HR, and marketing teams with administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a professional office environment; law firm experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

  • Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Teams

  • Friendly, adaptable, and detail-oriented
