Legal Office Assistant
Location: New York, NY
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our fast-paced, collaborative NYC office. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in legal operations, administration, or office management.
As Office Assistant, you'll be the go-to person for front desk support, meeting room coordination, and day-to-day operations. You'll help maintain a polished, professional environment and ensure everything runs smoothly for both internal teams and visiting clients.
Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors and manage reception

Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, including AV setup and catering

Maintain clean and fully stocked office spaces

Support office operations, including supply ordering, mail, and deliveries

Assist with IT and event setup, office moves, and basic troubleshooting

Help legal, HR, and marketing teams with administrative tasks
Qualifications

2-3 years’ experience in a professional office environment; law firm experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Teams

Friendly, adaptable, and detail-oriented
