Job Description:
An OCM Consultant demonstrates skill in OCM, to support process and technology enabled business changes in a variety of industries. Qualified candidates will work closely with clients and partners to execute OCM activities and deliverables. Typical projects will result in successful adoption and operational performance with new processes and information technology systems.
Skills Needed:
- SAP OCM experience required
- Fluent in Japanese language and must know the Japanese culture.
- Effective communication skills.
- 5 years of Change Management experience.
- Project Management expertise.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the discipline, methodology, and practices of change management, communications and education.
