Essential Duties:
- Outgoing and friendly when greeting co-workers or guests from lobby desk
- Ensure induction paperwork (visitor sign-in, safety orientation, etc.) is properly filled out
- Answer and forward phone calls on company's multi-line system
- Maintain conference room schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Timely and accurate upload of timecards / job expenses to company's business software system
- Assist with planning activities / arrangements including: travel / hotel; meeting or large-gathering snacks / meals; distribution of marketing materials; etc.
