Job description
As a Flexographic Press Operator you will set up and operate presses. In this role you will...
- Review job order specifications and inspect materials
- Enter job information into computer system
- Mix and install inks, substrates, and printing plates
- Adjust press settings to achieve desired specifications
- Monitor print quality throughout production
- Inspect printed materials for defects
- Perform regular press maintenance
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of related flexographic press experience
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Basic mathematical abilities
- Knowledge of ruler measurements
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required
