Customer Service Associate

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to assist our client's Rochester location!

Pay Rate: $19/hr
Contract length: 4 months
Location: Henrietta
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handles inbound calls and follow up about Property and Casualty Insurance policy questions/ inquiries.
• Partners with team, insurance carriers, or other stakeholders.
• Provides education on products, policies & procedures, or insurance guidelines & state regulations
• Escalates tasks or documentation to other teams
• Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of products
• Documents all interactions, performs data entry, maintains strong prioritization and organization
