Pay & Schedule
Pay:$17-18/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift- 2 PM- 10:30 PM | Five days/week including one weekend day
Location: Full-Time | On-Site | Tulsa Area
Type: Contract-To-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity
Overtime: Flexibility to stay late or arrive early based on business needs
What You’ll Do
- Provide phone-based technical and customer support to residential and commercial clients
- Troubleshoot connected devices, monitoring equipment, and smart technology systems
- Research customer concerns and identify effective solutions while maintaining professionalism
- Deliver a calm, positive customer experience during high-volume support calls
- Document customer interactions and update account information accurately
- Escalate complex technical issues appropriately while following company procedures
- Maintain service quality standards and support overall customer satisfaction goals

Requirements
- Previous technical support or call center experience required

- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background check and drug test
