Purpose Statement:
We are seeking a highly organized and self-directed TA Specialist (Contract) to support Talent Acquisition daily operations at both the corporate level and in the plants, as needed. This role will maintain process documentation, and support recruiters and leaders with system usage and compliance expectations. This role supports operational governance, compliance oversight, vendor accountability, workforce reporting, and process execution related to RPO/MSP-managed hourly and contingent labor programs. The role is critical in supporting our hourly and temp labor staffing vendor in our plants, and our in-house corporate recruiting team to perform in their daily work. This role will report into the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, but will dotted line report to our Manager, Hourly and Temp Labor Vendor Mgmt.
Key Accountabilities:
- Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and recruitment guides
- Monitor ATS system issues, user feedback, and trends to identify gaps and implement solutions
- Maintain, update and govern TA documentation, including SOPs, playbooks and FAQs
- Support TA compliance efforts by reinforcing best practices and ensuring process adherence
- Provide day-to-day support to recruiters and leaders on ATS system usage and process questions
- Partner closely with internal COEs including HRIS, HR Operations on escalations and problem solving
- Support MSP and RPO invoice reconciliation and billing follow-up to ensure deadlines are met
- Support MSP processes, tracking candidate submissions, and ensuring timely follow-up on requests and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations
- Experience with applicant tracking systems required (SuccessFactors strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and compliance fundamentals
- Experience with an RPO and Temp Labor MSP highly preferred
- Must be proficient in Excel and Outlook

Additional information: The site is looking to start the person ASAP.
This is a temporary role, approximately 6 months.
Full time, Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM.
Virtual interviews will be required. This role is hybrid (in office Tuesday to Thursday), with some flexibility for full remote work. However, the site would like to prioritize candidates who are local to the Buffalo, NY area or within a reasonable commuting distance, as there may be an expectation for occasional on-site presence.
