Plastic Mold Finisher – Now Hiring!

Join a hands-on team where every detail matters! As a Plastic Mold Finisher, you'll remove flash, trim, clean, and inspect molded plastic parts using hand tools to ensure top-quality products. You'll stay active throughout your shift, work safely, and take pride in what you do.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Trim excess material (flash) from molded plastic parts using various hand tools.

• Smooth, sand, and finish surfaces to meet quality and appearance standards.

• Visually inspect finished parts for defects and report any quality issues.

• Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively (e.g., knives, sanders, drills).

• Prepare parts for assembly, packaging, or shipment as required.

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

• Support continuous improvement efforts within the production team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Prior manufacturing or finishing experience is a plus.

• Comfortable using hand and basic power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to consistently follow written and verbal instructions.

• Reliable attendance and willingness to work required shifts.

1st shift: Monday - Thursday, 7am-5pm and Friday 7am-3pm
$16.00/hour
